Things worth knowing before you start
- You cannot remove a review. Not by asking, not by paying, not by leaving. You can reply publicly to any of them, at any time, and you can dispute one with evidence. That is the whole reason a good review here means something.
- Badges expire when your certificates do. Automatically, on the day, without us telling you first — though we will chase you beforehand.
- Everything we check is dated. Buyers can see when we last looked and, usually, click through to the source record.
- We will not verify a claim we cannot check. If the issuing body publishes no register and you cannot produce the certificate, the answer is no.
